A new image enhancement method based-on FFT

In addition to considering the character of blur and noise fully,it is presented a new method based-on FFT. An inverse-gauss high pass filter and a low pass filter are designed to enhance image quality,which not only denoise but also reserve the fine information of image. And a ring suppression algorithm is studied to reduce the effect of adding window in frequency. It is proved that the method is effective to enhance image quality.
