Application on the ITSM System Based on ITIL

High-quality IT service management is critical to upgrading the management efficiency and management quality of information system in the enterprise.With its twenty some years' modification and improvement,ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) has become the best framework of ITSM(IT service management).This research summarizes the content,framework,core process and implementation and analyses the system logic framework,working process and incident management using the ITSM system based ITIL of certain Broadcast and TV Network Company.
