Several Problems Paying Attention to in Measuring Grounding Resistance

Based on norm and standard of the country request about grounding electric resistance and its measures theory is analyzed and concluded.It is point out that the electrode arrangement method has effect on the measurement result when the NO4102 and the swaying dyadic form grounding electric resistances are used.
