A Study of the Copyright Problems and Counter-Measures Related to P2P Technology

Since the end of last century,P2P software represented by Napster has been developing rapidly,resulting in the rapid development of P2P technology,and bringing about battles between infringement and anti-infringement in the copyright area.On the basis of a detailed explanation of the P2P technology,the article studies the characteristics of acts in order to determine which is non-infringement,which is direct infringement and which is indirect infringemenet.This article makes a comprehensive study of the copyright infringement problems and countermeasures-the subjects of the behavior,everyone's responsibility and so on.
