The technical assets are different to the technical commodities. The formation of the use value doesn't only depend on having putted the constituents of production into it; and the use value of identical thing presents a variety as it may be used for different purpose. Therefore the value is merely a measure system for the use value.It can express the manifold connotations of the identical thing according to its various use. A thing's value is a multivariate function on its specific use and the difficulty for it to be gained. The mersurement for the value is the average labour time of local community. The value of the technical assets can usually be differentiated:marginal value, market value and cost value. While the currency expression of the market value in a specific trading condition is namely the price of the technical commodity.
