Discussion of the Seven-parameter Coordinate Transformation between WGS-84 and BJ-54

The global positioning system has very important value at many aspects,especially in providing precise positioning and data renewal.Thus in different kinds of 3S technology applications using GPS to collect data has become widely.This paper introduces the coordinate system WGS-84 and BJ-54,and introduces the ideas of spatial transformation and the model of transformation.This paper also introduces the method and the model of transformation of seven-parameter.At last,this paper discusses the program how to come true by using Visual Basic.
