Improved TCP throughput method for end-to-end available bandwidth measurement

As a method to measure end-to-end available bandwidth,TCP throughput can fit many situations and perform well and truly. But traditional way will significantly increase traffic occupation and jitter problems. The TCP throughput method was optimized and improved in the way both efficiency and performance are concerned. The accuracy of this method,critically evaluated with experiments over real Internet path,shows that it performs better than Iperf does.
