Design of Lump Coal Crash Prevention Control System

The lump coal crash prevention control system is studied and designed,which can prevent lump coal breaking in coal bunker or belt conveying.In system,the S7-200 PLC is used as a controller,which can not only realize automatic control of flap motor,loading motor and belt motor conveniently,but display position of lump coal in real time.The experiments show that system is reliable,stable and easy to operate.
