A KIND OF IMPROVEMENT TO THE HILL ENCRYPTION ALGORITHM

This article introduces a kind of encryption algorithm which unifies the vector addition and the subtraction operational rule and the Hill encryption algorithm,it causes the Hill encryption algorithm definite orders and the scrambled text linear relevance,thus it has made up the Hill encryption algorithm flaw.
