An analysis of cost behavior of IP-phone networks

This paper focuses its research on the charge for the access of IP-phone networks to traditional fixed phone networks.In order to reduce the cost of the reconstruction,the IP-phone network must use the service provided by the locally-monopolized business with fixed networks in.However,the present price-based system of interconnection costs restricts the development of IP-phone.In this paper,the architecture of IP-phone systems of hardware and software is described and the cost of the IP-phone is analyzed,which may be useful to the establishment of cost-based system of charge for interconnection.
