Study on team software process and the relation between TSP and CMM/CMMI

From software engineering,betterment of software productivity,software quality and conformation of users' requirements in low cost are the aim of software development.The CMM/CMMI makes a turning point for organization's disciplined and mature.The TSP is an application of the CMM/CMMI on the software team level,and it will improve the productivity of software team and the quality of software.This paper mainly introduces and analyses the conception,the flow-line and the frame of TSP.At last the relationship of TSP and CMM/CMMI is shown.This will be good for organization to use TSP during CMM/CMMI,to be put into force and to achieve better software quality by manage process.
