BIOPROCESS DATA ANALYSIS USING EXCEL(II) Parameter Estimation for Kinetic Model

The application of Microsoft Excel in parameter estimation for kinetic model is studied, in which the relative derivation should be used in the objective function. A method, which combines the programming using Visual Basic and the Solver, is proposed for the parameter estimation of complex kinetic model in the case that the model cannot be integrated.
