On three-dimension view of program management

Aiming at the problems with hard management in large group programs,the paper points out the three-dimension view of the program management,that is Project Breakdown Structure,Work Breakdown Structure and Organization Breakclown Structure,indicates the relationship among the three aspects,and introduces the role,the method and the principle for the Working Breakdown Structure,so as to improve the program management.
