Principle and Arithmetic of Load Balance in Distributing Network System

The paper put forward of algorithm of LTI for the load balance by analysising characteristic of the server group load balance.The implementation process of the algorithm and efficiency evaluating method are put forward. Further, improved algorithm of LTI+ is proposed in order to avoid a sudden descending performance on critical status which occurred in algorithm of LTI. Algorithm of LTI+ can distinguish and avoid critical status of server group and rapidly improve efficiency of distributing network.
