On the regulations of format contracts in the environment of the internet

In view of many problems concerning contents and expressive forms of format contracts on the internet,it is mandatory to regulate them by adopting various methods such as legal,administrative,self-discipline in trade and consumers associate's supervisory ways.Legal methods serve as the foundation of the solution and based on that,other methods are put into practice so as to achieve the goal which we set in advance.Regulating format contracts on the internet is not only in need of protecting consumers' legitimate rights but also in need of developing e-commerce business in a healthy way.
