On Crimes of Producing, Spreading Computer Virus and Destructive Programs

It is hard to estimate the harm from acts of producing, spreading destructive program such as virus with the wide use and highly dependence of computer. The spreading, concealment and destruction from these programs are getting serious. Computer system attacked by them may lose personal datum or cannot work normally. What is more, disorder occurs in various level such as in the state, financial, transportation departments.
