The third generation mobile telecommunication system is commercially approached day by day in our country,WCDMA is regarded as one of three 3G standards,which is upgraded from GSM/GPRS,and it is extremely important to improve and enhance telecommunication capacity of WCDMA by researching its channel coding.The network element structure of WCDMA is simply introduced,there are coding and decoding of convolving code and turbo code on WCDMA channel coding,As well as digital signal processor(dsp) is generally applicated in telecommunication domain.Interrelated protocol of WCDMA channel coding is analysed,and hardware construction of dsp chip TMS320C6416 of TI Co.Ltd depicted,then hardware principle of Node B channel board on the chip is at large introduced,at last software module implement of WCDMA channel coding is discussed on Node B channel board.
