The curvelet transform for seismic random de-noising using cycle spinning method

A new method for seismic de-noising which colligated the curvelet transform and cycle Spinning was presented.Due to the lack of translation invariance of the curvelet transform,seismic de-noising by coefficient thresholding would lead to Gibbs-like phenomena,cycle spinning was employed to avoid it.The experimental results indicate that the method can get good effect of seismic random de-noising.
