Components GIS(ComGIS) is one of the main technologies in GIS.A ComGIS system based on ERSI's COM objects-MapObjects was designed and developed in Heilongjiang Provincial Flood Control Decision Project.And the system has characters of straightness,high efficiency,concise and convenience.The ComGIS system can reduce difficulties and improve efficiency in data maintenance.
