Research advances in pharmacogenetics and adverse drug reactions

Adverse drug reactions(ADRs) have become an important public health issue that hazards to human health,which has caused immeasurable losses to national health and economics,so it is of great significance to explore how to use drugs rationally.Many factors lead to ADRs,such as those from drugs,environments,organisms,drug administration and others.With the development of human genome project and the continuing discoveries of genetic targets,the studying of genetic factors in ADRs has become a new field.This paper described the various genetic factors impacting ADRs.
