The spatial database is one of the important parts of the application of GIS,SDE is the middleware to connect the GIS application program with relative database system. It stores and manages spatial data and attribute data all together. The key technologies of spatial database was described by the design of Qingjiang water level emulation and hydroelectricity integrated attemperment system.
