As the extensive application of storage devices and swift development of data recovery technology, data safety is more and more paid attention by users, and hard disk with other moving storage device is the major carrier that stocked data, sanitizing the secret data in which will be faced with huge challenge. By researching the present situation hard disk data remanence as well as reason, its safety is analysd, and according to current data recovery technology have put forward a kind of new method-how to sanitize data safely and its implement algorithm.
