Research on Knowledge Reasoning Technology in Emergency Command System

This paper,aiming at the urgent demand of timely and efficient function of auxiliary decision-marking in emergency management and command,from the angle of combining the intelligent technology and the industry application,made a research on knowledge reasoning techniques such as knowledge acquisition,knowledge expression and inference mechanism,then put forward the scheme of emergency command system based on intelligent auxiliary decision-marking.The application results in actual projections show the scheme is highly industrialized and self-adaptable and meets the intelligent demands in emergency command works.
