At present,the most administrative systems are developed based on data base management system(DBMS).But,DBMS seem unable to do what one wishes to information processing,circulating and issuing.The design method of work flow in coordinate design environment of parallel engineering is used in administrative system of quality technology organization.Off icial document circulation form is adopted to realize many people coordinately working in different place and asynchronous group,and to make collection,storage,processing,circulating and issuing of information seperated.It guarantees dependability of the system and work without delay,thus office efficiency is improved and work without paper is realized really.
