Define dynamic SDL semantics with basic ASM

Method frame to define the dynamic semantics of SDL (Specification and Description Language) with basic ASM (Abstract State Machine), modeling the alternative working of SDL agent instances, the creation of agent instance, procedure instance and composite application by means of basic ASM are introduced. This method simplifies the current definition of dynamic semantics of SDL with distributed ASM .
