Project Process Management in the Construction of University Laboratories

Project management is a systematic project in laboratory construction.In this paper,some problems in project management were analyzed and a project process management method was studied and practiced.A laboratory information management system was established by integration of laboratories construcion management and experimental teaching management,thereby inhancing the management efficiency of project management in the laboratory.
