Study on information behavior of nursing staff

Proper information behavior is the prerequisite for evidence-based nursing and nursing research.According to Wilson's information seeking mode,the information behavior of nurses was composed of information request,retrieval,screening and utilization.An investigation was conducted to reveal nurses' performance and its causes in their information practice,then some advices on training and information construction were proposed to improve nurses' information behavior.
