The Analyzing and Calculation of Bidding Items of the Open Tender of College Textbooks

Aiming at the problems of bidding anomy led by the lack of bidding criterions of open tender of college textbooks,this essay formulates a concrete grading articles and criterions,puts forward grading item settings and the basis of item grading,and makes some concrete analyzing and calculation on each grading item.
