A Renewed Study of the Objects & Methods for Public Summons of Real Right

Based on the analysis of Public Summons of Real Right and registration delivery,this paper discussed the objects and methods of Public Summons of Real Right and drew a conclusion that the method of Public Summons of Real Right is registration possession and it should be corrected that traditional theory takes public summons as elements of Transfer of Real Right and the effectiveness of the confrontation elements.
