In 2011,Chinese scientists have achieved significant success in new drug targets validation.This article mainly summarized the progress in drug targets with definite physiological action from the four research fields including anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and immunology,psychoneurology and reproductive regulation.And it also summarized the research advances in new drug screening technique and model.
