Study on Scenarios Fitness of Emergency Management

The scenario of each disposal stage determines the work of the emergency management and the point of decision-making in emergency disposal.It affects the overall decision making in the emergency management.In this paper,for emergency scenario selection,it uses the semantic similarity model that has the Semantic close range and the cloud matching model to determine the scenario convergence domain.Thus,it can be relatively accurate in the determination of the scene in the emergency response to provide support for the decision system.
