Evolutionary Game Analysis of Spam Messages Governance

Spam messages have aroused great concern in the community.The paper builds two symmetric evolutionary game models which deal with no government regulation and government regulation respectively.Based on the model,evolutionary stable strategy of service provider is analyzed.It points out the necessity of the government regulation,and the difficulty in controlling the root causes of spam messages.Through the analysis of model parameters,the thought of governing spam messages is proposed.
