Based onManagement Specification for Archival Electronic Records(GB / T 18894-2002),the proposal for management,identification and safety of electronic archives on hydropower engineering design is talked about in the paper,combined with its characteristics.A discussion is also held on standardization management of electronic documents on hydropower engineering design,covering receiving scope,filing time,document classification,archiving mode and data query,to strengthen the safety,practicability and normalization of different electronic archives on hydropower engineering design.
