Search Strategy of Motion Estimation Based on Center-biased Motion Vector

When the motion estimation of the motion images is performed,there is a serious influence of the selection of search strategy on the accuracy and speed of the motion estimation.A search strategy of the motion estimation based on center-biased motion vector theory is introduced.The accurate motion estimation is implemented with the strategy based the distribution characteritic of the center-biased motion vertor,and taking the minimum of the block error function as a criterion of adjusting the scale of the search region and location.The algorithm steps are elaborated.The experimental result indicates that the algorithm is better than other algorithm in computing speed and SNR.
