The Beijing Lawyer' Association was founded in 1912,which had become an important symbol of the unity of Beijing Lawyers.Based on as much detailed data about Beijing Lawyer' Association in the Republic of China,this thesis tries to analyze the professional situation and the group characteristics of Beijing lawyer,and reveal the real life prospect of Beijing Lawyer as a new kind of professional group.
