Ontology mapping is an effective method to realize the interoperation of heterogeneous ontologies. The core step of ontology mapping is to compute similarities between concepts. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional concept similarity computing methods, this paper proposes an integrated concept similarity computing method-DISS model. The proposed method calculates the similarity from three aspects:Concept definition, concept instance and concept structure. The experiment shows that the method ameliorates the problem, such as unilateralism and faultiness,in the traditional computing methods, and improves the recall and precision in the ontology mapping.
