Study on the Management Program of Harassment Call

Mobile communication brings convenience for people with the development of communication technology.However,the lawless person gets the chance to cheat others by capturing systematic flaw of the network and the supervision at the same time.It′s a hard job for telecom operators to distinguish and intercept the harassment call from the normal communication quickly and efficiently.This paper analyzes the characteristics and nuisance of harassment call,and introduces the method of how to distinguish and intercept the harassment call automatically.This paper also includes the problem in harassment call management field,then charts the right course for harassment call interception.
