This paper comes up with the idea of creating a harmonious environment for the editing of journals and promoting a healthy development of journals by way of harmonious relations between editors and authors;editors and contribution examiners;harmonious environment for editing on campus and harmonious interpersonal relation among editors;the editorial department and related departments off campus.
