Research of Parallel Decision in Complex Environment

This paper proposes a research method of parallel decision in complex environment, which aims at some problems of complex decision-making such as uncertainty, dynamic, decision maker embarrass in the face of mass information, and so on. By richly using the decomposing principle of parallel decision, the system decomposes the complex decision-making into stream decision-making, parallel decision-making and cross decision-making, which not only simplifies the study of decision-making in complex environment, but also turns the intelligence superiority into the decision superiority timely to some extent, and partially helps the decision-maker to seize the competition predominance ultimately.
