Generation of Reliability Test Data for Real-Time Embedded Software

Software reliability testing is one of the important tasks in software reliability engineering.To generate reliability test data automatically,a formal modeling method is presented.Four kinds of views are designed to model RTES testing environments,to encapsulate input variables,to describe usage profile and to describe the operations separately.Based on the formalization method,the software reliability test data can be generated automatically.
