Research and realization of visual digital ocean system

Sphere model is the research hotspot in the GIS domain presently.It has become a strong integrated platform of spatial information with its strong abilities of spatial data management and visualization.Based on Skyline software,this paper introduces the framework,functions and technical method of realization of visual digital ocean system.The practice proves that the system has a good future in marine information visualization and sharing.
