A complete Chinese character Recognition System Design

Digital image processing,which is a technology of computer vision in the field of traffic management,is an important issue.It refers to the process of making the image signals into digital signals and using their computer for the process.Word and character recognition technology used successfully,saves a great deal of manpower without affecting normal traffic,and can quickly record of the illegal vehicles;it is an effective means of traffic management automation.This paper presents a complete word recognition system design.The object of the design needed to be identified is Songti NO.36.
