A Design and Implementation of the Audio Files Transformation System

As the computer widely used, various format of audio files appear one after another. In principle, voice in different format require different broadcaster, especially with the technology in the early time. So it's necessary to find a way which is able to change documents between different kinds of format. This paper discusses the transformation from VOX to RA, putting forward the designing way of this audio files transformation system. Besides, it analyses the implementation of few important mold in this system in detail.
