With the technical support of Geographical Information System(GIS) and combined the requirement of campus pipeline network management,the system is established.It's a GIS secondary development in the Visual Studio environment with the use of ArcEngine and ArcSDE.With full use of ARCGIS application platform in the powerful advantages of the system in the GIS space,this system has reached a good practicality though edition,management,display and enquiries of the space and attribute data.
