Conversion Geodetic Coordinate System from Beijing 1954 to Xi’an 1980 by Means of Four Parametric Method

This article discusses the conversion method and its precision from Beijing geodetic coordinate system 1954 into Xi’an geodetic coordinate system 1980 with four parametric method based on analyzing these two geodetic coordinate systems characters.
