Based on the analysis of spatial and temporal characteristics of the road traffic data,this paper introduces multi granularity spatio- temporal data model,And abstract the object of road traffic using the method of Object- oriented. Then the designed of the whole structure of the space- time information of the transport entity,Achieved the organization and management of road traffic space and time data based on multi granularity.
