Low-latency and energy-efficiency MAC scheme in wireless sensor networks

This paper proposes a MAC scheme to schedule node according to its location on the routing path.The scheme aims to reduce energy consumed on idle listening and reduce latency caused by sleep.Simulation results conform that the scheme is energy efficiency and helpful for reducing latency.
