Clifford congruences on E-reflexive inverse semigroups

In this paper,we have done an exclusive study on Clifford congruence on E-Reflexive Inverse semigroups.The result we generated naturally extends the congruence Theorems on E-Unitary Inverse semigruops by James~~([1]),McAlister~~([2]),Petrich~~([3]) and Reilly~~([4]) to the scope of E-Reflexive Inverse semigroups,and thus have a profound impact on the worldwide study on congruence.
