This paper,guided by the system value of Game Theory,centers on theNational FF-type kerosene heaters Incidentin 2005 and analyzes how Panasonic Corporation took a positive attitude to transform the situation fromrisktoopportunityin times of social responsibility crisis.Meanwhile,this paper preliminarily expounds the information disclosure and the system arrangement in the corporate social responsibility crisis.
