The anti-cancer drug sensitivity of liver cancer with MTT colormetric assay

Objective: To study the anti-cancer drug sensitivity in liver cancer and screen the sensitive drugs for individual.Methods: The chemosensitivity of 27 liver cancer samples to 7 chemotherapeutic agents was determined by using MTT assay.Results: Seven chemotherapeutic agents showed sensitive rate of OXA,MMC,DDP,GEM,EADM,5-FU,HCPT were 92.5%,88.88%,81.48%,66.66%,62.96%,51.85% and 40.74%,respectively.Conclusion: MTT assay is an easy and quick method for drug sensitivity test in vitro and it provides experimental basis for individual chemotherapy.
